To purchase from us you must be over the age of 18 and must not submit any information to this site, unless permitted by applicable legislation.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods. We will not use your details for other purposes without prior consent.
We must receive payment for the total value of the order in advance by credit/debit card, via Secure "Payment Gateway" facilities provided on our E-commerce site, prior to dispatch.
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact via email.
On the day your goods are ready for dispatched. If we are unable to supply the complete order, we will allow you to cancel your order and refund your account.
We cannot make refunds to other accounts, other than the account from which the payment was made.
The prices shown are in Australian Dollars, as set out on our web site at the time you place your order.
Your purchase will be made in Australian Dollars only, we DO NOT ACCEPT any other currency.
The Currency button is for guide only, respective currency prices shown are not live.
In case of special offers, we will always use the lowest price we are quoting at the time your order is processed.
Where larger quantities are required beyond those shown on the web, please ask for a special quotation.
GST will be charged on all goods supplied within Australia & Australian Territories.
We are currently unable to process orders online from overseas customers paying by credit or debit cards.
Overseas customers can use Paypal as an alternative or please email us your inquiry to sa@email@example.com

All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any Images, logos, trademarks or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the Image, logo, trademark or copyright.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Multifixings.com.au do not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to select the correct product for their chosen application, we cannot be held responsible for improper usage.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at sa@email@example.com
to arrange an exchange.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund all reasonable delivery charges incurred in returning the item.

SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO PO BOX ADDRESSES DUE TO AUSPOST RESTRICTIONS, we will contact you should this be the case.
If your address is difficult to find, you should make your comments in the "Additional Comments" box at the check-out option screen.
We will advise you, when your consignment has been dispatched. If you do not receive your goods, within the period as detailed below, you must inform us.
We use national carriers to deliver the goods, the carrier will require a valid signature on delivery, and it is buyer's responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You can use the 'Additional Comments' box, if you are happy for the delivery company to leave the goods without a signature. The delivery company will endeavor to leave them in a safe location, as requested, but within reason.
Our couriers operate between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. In order to prevent fraud, we do however reserve the right to deliver the goods to the address to which your credit card is registered.
You are strongly advised to make sure that correct numbers of boxes are being delivered, before signing delivery documents. If the goods are damaged or incomplete on delivery you must note this on carriers' delivery sheet immediately and notify us within 3 days in writing, by email.
Any date or periods provided for delivery are estimates only.
The Company shall not be liable for any special consequential or indirect loss or damages (including but without limitations any loss or in respect of profit or wages or overheads) suffered by the buyer as a result of any delay in or failure of delivery.
We will normally dispatch your goods on the same working day, provided that your order is received, verified & payment is authorized before 1.30pm. The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you.
Orders placed after the above Cut-off time or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed & dispatched on the next available working day in NSW.
We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays) from dispatch for Metro & surrounding suburbs (as designated by our transport companies) and 5-8 days for regional, rural and remote areas (as designated by our transport companies).
